安徽金星预应力工程技术有限公司，隶属于安徽军工集团。公司位于合肥市北郊安徽省双凤开发区三元产业园内，环境优美、交通便利，占地面积160余亩，拥有现代化的科研及办公大楼、标准化厂房等建筑面积40000多平方米，各类机械加工和热处理设备500多台(套)，有国内先进的表面处理自动化生产线、热处理生产线，有国内领先的盘圆镦坯自动化生产线一条。公司注册资本5010多万元，现有员工600余人，其中具有中高级工程技术人员120多人，研究生以上学历30多人。主要研发、生产、销售预应力锚具产品及其配套产品；热处理、表面防腐处理产品加工、销售；预应力安装工程。公司设有预应力工程技术研究中心、预应力检测实验室。
公司成立以来，发挥军工技术优势、创新优势、人才优势和质量优势，以技术创新为先导，始终把产品的科研创新放在首位，与铁道部科学研究院、安徽长江计量所、安徽建筑工业学院、安徽理工大学等科研机构及高等院校建立了广泛而深入的产学研合作关系，在行业内确立了领先的技术地位。
近几年，公司发展态势良好，产品在京沪高铁、广州新客站、上海虹桥枢纽、合福铁路、铜陵长江大桥等国家重点工程应用，经过不断的市场拓展，公司与多家重点项目建设单位建立了稳定的合作关系，产品销往全国30多个省、直辖市和自治区，拥有健全的销售网络和售后服务体系，公司以可靠的产品质量、良好的信誉和优质的服务深得用户信赖。近年来，公司销售收入、利润等主要经济指标实现较快增长。
2010年到2011年，公司先后顺利通过合肥市级企业技术中心认定、安徽省级企业技术中心认定、高新技术企业认定、合肥市预应力锚具工程技术研究中心认定；获得国家专利18项；8项新产品通过省级新产品鉴定（其中5项技术国内领先），并获省级科技成果奖；被中国热处理行业协会认定为“热处理规范企业”（全国仅100家）；自主研发的“高速铁路及大型桥梁关键技术中的预应力夹片产品技术改造项目”荣获全国总工会、国家科技部等四部委举办的第三届全国职工优秀技术创新成果优秀奖(安徽省仅2家)，项目产品获安徽省高新技术产品认定；张拉千斤顶项目获得合肥市首届职工创新大赛特等奖（最高奖）及安徽省2010年自主创新产品证书。公司还获得安徽省“五一”劳动奖状及安徽省质量奖。

Anhui Jinxing Prestressing Engineering Co., Ltd is an affiliate to Anhui Military Industry Group. Located inside Sanyuan Industrial Park of Anhui Shuangfeng Development Zone in the north suburb of Hefei where it enjoys beautiful environment and convenient transportation, the company occupies 160mu of land area on which it has built modern technology and office buildings and standard workshops with floor area totaling more than 40,000 square meters, over 500 mechanical processing and thermal treatment systems including advanced surface treatment automation production lines, thermal treatment production lines and a first-class coiling and heading automation production line. With registered capital of more than 50.1 million yuan and 600 plus employees including 120 senior or mid-level engineering professionals and more than 30 people from postgraduate background, the company specializes in research and development, production and sales of prestressing anchor products and associate products; processing and sales of thermal treatment and surface anticorrosive treatment products and prestressing installation projects. In addition, the company also has its own prestressing engineering technological research center and prestressing test laboratory.
Since it was founded, the company has been making the best of its advantages in military technology, innovation, human resources and quality and targeting at technical innovation, focusing on technological research and innovation of products, having established extensive and intensive production-academic-research partnership with research institutes and universities including China Academy of Railway Sciences, Anhui Yangtze River Measurement Institute, Anhui Construction Industry Institute and Anhui University Of Science & Technology and established itself as a technological leader within the industry.
Over the past few years, the company has been experiencing healthy development with its products serving key national projects including Beijing-Shanghai HSR line, Shanghai’s Hongqiao Complex, Hefei-Fuzhou railway and Tongling Yangtze River Bridge. After continued market expansion, the company has established stable cooperation with a number of backbone project contractors and its products are sold to some 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of the country under a complete sales network and after service system. The company has won substantial trust from customers with reliable product quality, good credit standing and excellent service, which together have brought about rapid increase in its sales revenue and profit.
In 2010, the company successfully passed the identification of Hefei municipal-level corporate technical center and obtained 12 national patents; 4 of its new products passed provincial-level new product identification and were awarded provincial technological achievement prize, which won the company the identification as a “Standard Heat Treatment Enterprise” (among only 100 enterprises) by China Heat Treatment Association; its independently developed technical reform project of prestressing wedge product in key solutions for high-speed railways and large bridges” was awarded the 3rd National Workers’ Excellent Technical Innovation Achievement excellent prize (among only 2 enterprises in the province); its project product was identified as a hi-tech product in Anhui; its tension jack project was awarded the 1st Workers’ Innovation Competition special size of Hefei (the highest prize) and the Independent Innovation Product Certificate of Anhui 2010. In 2010, the company was awarded “May Day” Medal of Anhui and Quality Prize of Anhui.
